The church has a calling, a vocation, that does not allow us to shield ourselves from the concerns of our neighbors or our brothers and sisters around the world. As the Father sent Jesus, so Jesus sends the church into the world to be His presence, to express His heart, and to bear witness to His resurrection. We are personally involved in the city where our church resides, in the neighborhoods where we live, and alongside the people with whom we work. In addition to local involvement, we seek partnerships with the church in faraway places.
